BDP100 Mobile EOBD Scanner
The BDP100 is the latest addition to our diagnostics range. It is small and lightweight, and an essential tool for all technicians in today's industry. The BDP100 simply connects to the EOBD port on the vehicle and can instantly show DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) with a fault description on the large easy to read display. The BDP100 can also show streaming live data from various different engine components and provides far more information than many other code readers.

The BDP100 is connected and powered via the EOBD connection in the vehicle, there is no need for extra leads to the battery. Operation is quick and simple, and it communicates with all 2001 onwards EOBD/OBD2 cars and vans including CAN-Bus protocol equipped vehicles.

The Boston ITC-3100 is our new injector testing unit for checking static and dynamic injectors on petrol engines. It is capable of testing TBI (single injector systems), MPFI (multi-point injector systems), FSI-GDI (direct injector systems) and CNG-LPG (natural gas and liquid petroleum gas).
The ITC-3100 is ideal for the after-market repair workshop and mobile tuning specialist for the checking and cleaning of petrol engine injectors to smooth running problems and improve fuel efficiency. It comes as standard with a selection of high quality machined injector interfaces and a clear bright LCD display to guide the operator through the simple test procedure.
Operation
The ITC-3100 Is simple to use. The injectors are mounted using a standard fit injector rail, designed specifically to fit most existing top feed units. Follow the simple messages on the large blue backlit LCD display to operate one of three available test modes, Diagnostic, Manual or Custom tests.
Flow tubes are individually calibrated to ensure maximum accuracy while the integrated high efficiency LED bars provide clear spray pattern indication.

The DUC-3110 is another ideal tool for the after-market repair workshop and mobile tuning specialist. It is primarily used in conjunction with the ITC-3100 for the cleaning of petrol engine injectors to rectify running problems and improve fuel efficiency, however it can also be used as a stand-alone tool to clean many other small intricate components.
The DUC-3100 uses a high frequency generator and variable temperature control to provide high efficiency cleaning with incredible results.
Operation
DUC-3110 is quick and simple to operate. The injectors are submerged in the tank using the parts tray and using a combination of high frequency and heat, they are cleaned to precision.
The injectors are operated whilst submerged in the DUC-3110 by the ITC-3100 using a sequence specifically designed to further improve the efficiency of the cleaning process.
The cleaning solution has been carefully developed to provide optimum results when used with Rubber, Plastic and of course metal.
During the cleaning process, the DUC-3110 makes use of the “Cavitations” effect. Vibration at high ultrasonic frequencies create microscopic air bubbles which aggressively attack even the smallest traces of residual carbon deposits. A deep and consistent clean is guaranteed almost every time.
