Four Post Lifts
With our leading position in the MoT sector, our 4-post lifts as you would expect, are one of Boston's core products. Our design team are constantly enhancing our 4-post lift design and features to maintain our reputation as leaders in the market, unrivalled in the MoT industry.
All models have recessed radius turning plates and removable cover plates to accommodate either our hydraulic or pneumatic play detectors which can be fitted on delivery or at any time later, to meet VOSA requirements for One Man Testing. Our new B461 has 6.1m length platforms to accommodate longer vehicles and air points between the platforms and on the control post to support pneumatic tools and jacking beams.
Built with reliability, longevity and performance in mind, the B441-465 is our best selling vehicle lift from our latest Class 4 range. Designed in-house by Boston and manufactured in Europe the B441-465 boasts 4.65m platforms and various options including any post control. Whether you want a surface mount or recessed configuration, drive through or reverse off, the B441-465 has the flexibility to meet your requirements.

With 5.6m platform lengths the B441-560 is well equipped to deal with the ever growing range of vehicles on the road today. Approved for both class 4 and 7 testing, the B441-560 is the ideal solution for workshops wishing to increase their testing revenue.
Just like our other four post models, the B441-560 can be used solely for service work, but simply upgraded with turning plates and play detectors at any time if commencing legislative vehicle testing.

The B461-575 is our new 'heavy duty' four post, six tonne Class 5L and 7 MoT vehicle lift. It has a platform length of 5.75 metres and can be surface or recess mounted depending on customer requirements or bay layouts.

APC on Post (click)
APC (Any Post Control) is a secondary lift control panel that can be positioned on any of the three remaining corner posts. All B441 and B461 lifts are supplied as standard with internal platform wiring ready to connect the APC.
Each platform is fitted at each end with a small stainless-steel connection plate. The plate houses a high quality latch-type four pole socket ready for immediate connection of the secondary control.
Simply choose the desired post, attach using the strong internal magnet and connect to the platform.
APC is built to last. Protected by a 5mm thick impact resistant rubber housing and a smart wipe-clean membrane keypad, its robust workshop design compliments the lift and gives unrivalled operational flexibility.
